Senior Mechanical Engineer in Bar Nunn, WY

Play a critical role in transfer of a new manufacturing platform from Europe to US Manufacturing site. Specific responsibilities will be the transfer, installation and qualification/validation of highly-automated production and packaging systems to include vision/bar code, conveyers/materials handling, production/packaging and others. A good background in PLC-controlled equipment is essential and Siemens controls experience is a strong preference. This position will also require a six to eight month temporary assignment in Germany to become acquainted with the equipment and necessary technology transfer details. Qualified candidates will have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and the requisite experience in GMP equipment engineering experience which should include project management and working knowledge of statistical analysis and lean manufacturing.
